every now and then, although really I know people(/me) are usually like, omg, stop making journals and cluttering up my stuff!! So, no news to report really, except that I can't wait to get back to school and semi-independence; I am replaying FFXII and enjoying it, although it tends to destroy time in black hole-like fashion (does this actually happen? I would think not, but I'm no physicist); I am rereading the Harry Potter series and also muttering darkly about the new movie, which I will not watch out of sheer pigheadedness; and I plan to reread His Dark Materials... deliciously good books. Yum!
Also, maybe I will do some ART. Well, probably not ART, but I will draw some stuff. And my house has a scanner, huzzah!! I can't decide whether or not to upload some of my old stuff (I haven't done much drawing on paper in a looong time) or not... some of it is pretty decent, for me, but I feel weird about it for some reason.

Yup, it's that time again. I'm not doing anything super exciting, but there will be no more pixxx from me for a little while, as my computer will not be coming home with me (neither is our plant family... hopefully they will be okay without water for a week!). Sad day, I know! In other exciting news, it is supposed to be 50 tomorrow, and I am super psyched. Warm weather is on its way, huzzah!
I hope everyone is having good lives out there in internet-world and beyond!
Two years-ish, now
So, I guess I'm back, which, considering that a new semester with classes requiring a lot of reading just started, is undoubtedly an awful idea. W00t. My mom talked about getting this cheap tablet while I was at the Apple store getting my iPod looked at, and I was like, omg, I used to draw! So here I am again, at least, on and off. Hopefully more off than on, for the sake of my grades/life!
Also, I have 3,175 Deviations to look at. Hahahaha...

I want a scanner!!!
I finally beat FFXII. The final battle was easy; the epilogue was okay. Nothing too shocking. Now to go and get super powerful so I can vanquish more dangerous nasties!
I am soooo excited for the 7th book! and I think I'll dress up and go to store at midnight. It is the last one, after all. Rereading the 5th book... Harry is such a little angstmuffin.
I do not like Die Walkure. It just came up on my iTunes, yuck. But I do like Locksley! I might see them this Friday at the Union if I can drag some other people along.

My teacher has perfect pitch- he can not only recognize intervals but can also tell you what notes are being played. I am envious. But he did give me some neat tips!
